- As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Leasing Manager to support our leasing operations and contribute to our long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Report directly to the General Manager and support overall leasing strategy
- Manage end-to-end leasing activities for company-owned office properties, including new lettings and tenancy renewals
- Lead marketing efforts and implement leasing plans to optimize occupancy and rental performance
- Conduct negotiations with property agents, prospective tenants, and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants to drive leasing success
- Supervise and guide a small team of 1–2 Leasing Officers
- Oversee tenancy administration and ensure smooth execution of lease agreements
Ideal Candidates- Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management
- Experience in office leasing is a strong advantage
- Prior exposure on the landlord side is highly preferred
- Managerial experience is a plus, though not essential
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to engage and retain tenants
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
