Role Purpose- You will act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring that software and system projects are delivered smoothly and effectively.
- You will participate in turning business needs into practical IT solutions, managing communication across teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with lasting impact.
Role Summary
- Supporting the end‑to‑end project lifecycle — from gathering user requirements and analyzing business needs to documentation, testing (UAT), training, and implementation.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications and process flows, enabling IT teams to design appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinating cross‑functional collaboration among Business, IT, and Production teams to manage change and ensure project success.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates.
- Documenting processes, lessons learned, and test results to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full software development cycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, status monitoring, UAT, training, and implementation
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications or process flow charts and liaise with IT teams on technical solutions
- Organize and lead project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and make key decisions
- Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Coordinate efforts of cross‑functional teams (Business, IT, and Production) to ensure effective change management and project success
- Document project processes, decisions, lessons learned, and test results to support continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal Candidates- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Hands‑on experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and operational workflows
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and demonstrate strong ownership
- Willingness to travel occasionally within China or overseas
- Experience with ERP, MES, or BI tools is an advantage
