The Opportunity : Clinical Application Specialist - surgical product
- Team work in Surgical Team of 5 members
- Work closely with and provide support to the Sales Team to align clinical insights with commercial strategies

Report to Head of Surgical Team
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams to support product adoption
- Work closely with and support the Sales Team to align clinical insights with commercial strategies
- Deliver detailed product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals
- Provide on-site clinical support in operating theatres when required
- Build, maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders across public and private hospitals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Support product workshops, congresses, medical seminars, and trade shows

Liaise with international suppliers for product updates, training, and technical support
Ideal Candidates- University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Engineering, Biology, Science, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
- 2+ years work experience in surgical products or nursing experience in operating theatres; or surgical related work experience
- Knowledge of cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgery is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
