We're currently seeking a dynamic and experienced INTERIOR DESIGN MANAGER to help shape the future of luxury design.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Lead and inspire a talented team across multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects—from concept through completion.
Drive design excellence while balancing aesthetic vision with strategic project delivery.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to bring ideas to life with flawless execution.
Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and innovation within the design team.
Oversee procurement and ensure design integrity across furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
Keep ahead of design trends, materials, and technology to continually elevate our work.
Occasional travel across project sites as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
10+ years of proven experience in premium residential and/or hospitality design.
Exceptional design acumen with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Written proficiency in English and/or Chinese; fluency in Mandarin and/or English is an asset.
A collaborative spirit with the ability to energize and guide a team.
