Job Responsibilities: 工作職責：
- System Implementation: Responsible for EPICOR MES system software implementation, including on-site research, process optimization, data preparation, and user training.
- 系統實施：負責 EPICOR MES 系統的軟體實施，包括現場調研、流程優化、資料整理、用戶培訓等工作。
- User Training: Provide training for key users and end users of each module to ensure effective learning.
- 用戶培訓：為各模組的關鍵用戶和終端用戶進行培訓，確保培訓效果。
- Technical Support: Resolve issues that arise during daily EPICOR MES system operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- 技術支援：解決 EPICOR MES 系統在日常運行中出現的問題，保證系統正常運行。
- Documentation: Write and maintain system user manuals, maintenance manuals, installation manuals, etc.
- 文件編寫與維護：編寫系統使用手冊、維護手冊、安裝手冊等。
- System Debugging: Responsible for EPICOR MES network debugging, system configuration, and initialization.
- 系統調試：負責 EPICOR MES 進行網路調試、系統配置及初始化。
Job Requirements: 任職要求：
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- 學歷要求：本科及以上學歷，計算機等相關專業畢業。
- Work Experience: Familiar with manufacturing industry operations, with at least 5 years of EPICOR MES experience in a production-related industry.
- 工作經驗：熟悉製造業生產製造業務，有至少 5 年生產性行業 EPICOR MES 從業經驗。
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL Server, MySQL database applications and stored procedure development; .NET programming skills are a plus.
- 技術能力：熟悉 SQL Server、MySQL 等資料庫應用及儲存過程編寫，有 .NET 程式設計能力者優先。
- At least 2 years of ERP development and maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.
- 2 年以上製造業 ERP 開發及維護經驗。
- Proficiency in C#, LINQ, SQL Server programming languages, and Microsoft Report Builder (SSRS).
- 熟悉 C#、LINQ、SQL Server 系統語言及 Microsoft Report Builder (SSRS)。
- Experience in EPICOR ERP and EPICOR MES development and maintenance is preferred.
- 有 EPICOR ERP 及 EPICOR MES 開發及維護經驗者優先。
