PRODUCT MARKETING COORDINATOR - Japanese MNC smart handheld electronic device brand (Kwai Fong)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage global projects related to handheld consumer electronic devices and branded merchandise
• Coordinate product concepts, selection, specifications, and design development
• Support product development processes to meet time, cost, and quality standards
• Assist in packaging structure planning and user manual creation
• Conduct market analysis and monitor global trends and consumer demand
• Liaise with customers and suppliers throughout the product development cycle, from design to production
• Schedule and oversee production activities to ensure timely delivery
• Process sales orders and coordinate logistics for shipment and fulfillment

Ideal Candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a merchandising or product coordination role
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Willingness to travel occasionally
