Position: Product Officer – Join a Global Innovator

About the Company:

• A globally recognized Japanese brand specializing in smart handheld consumer electronics
• Expertise in design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative devices
• Hong Kong office serves as the APAC regional and sales & marketing hub
• Operates across international markets

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a product team of seven members
• Participate in product planning initiatives for global markets
• Create and deliver training materials, tutorials, and demonstrations for smart handheld devices designed for educational use
• Promote new models through school visits, academic partnerships, and marketing initiatives
• Participate in mathematics and STEM-related events to assess market trends and user needs
• Collect feedback to support customization of solutions for academic and technical applications

Ideal Candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Minimum of three years’ experience working with scientific, technical or educational equipment
• Strong understanding of advanced mathematics and scientific functions (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Prior experience in training, customer support, or technical assistance (a plus)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Willingness to travel for business purposes when required
