Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Finance and Group Finance Manager
- Work in Accounting team of 4 membersManage full set of accounts, including daily AR, AP, GL, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial reports in line with company policies and procedures
- Oversee accounting, tax, and audit matters to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to provide timely financial support and maintain strong internal controls
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies on financial and compliance matters
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by management
Ideal Candidates
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA qualification preferred
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to the logistics industry
- Candidates with more or less experience may be considered for Assistant Accounting Manager or Accountant roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in financial reporting and experienced in accounting system implementation
- Energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Well-organized with a strong sense of teamwork and problem-solving ability
- Based in Hong Kong; occasional travel to East Asia like Japan, Korea, Taiwan...etc; and monthly reporting to the Group required
