- We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer / Assistant Interior Design Manager with a passion for creating unforgettable spaces.
What You’ll Do- You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience through thoughtful, elegant, and innovative design.
- You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to bring world-class hospitality environments to life.
Your responsibilities
- Leading design development for luxury hotel and residential projects
- Translating concepts into compelling presentations and detailed drawings
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure design excellence
- Reviewing shop drawings, prototypes, and site work to maintain quality and intent
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to a creative, supportive team culture
Ideal candidates
- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in luxury hospitality design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Strong hand sketching and/or 3D rendering skills
- Solid understanding of design principles, detailing, FF&E, and production drawings
- Experience with site coordination and furniture prototype reviews is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
