Job Title: Senior Quality Manager
- Work based : Kwun Tong
- Frequent trips to Dongguan
- Occasional trip to overseas
- 5 days work week

The Opportunity :
- We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality operations across both Hong Kong headquarters and the Dongguan manufacturing site.
- This leadership role is critical to maintaining product excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in Hong Kong and Dongguan
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO and customer-specific standards
- Conduct internal audits, supplier assessments, and support customer quality evaluations
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability and process integrity
- Monitor quality KPIs and implement improvement initiatives
- Provide training and mentorship to quality personnel
- Represent the organization in quality-related discussions with clients and regulatory bodies
- Travel regularly to Dongguan to supervise on-site quality operations and ensure alignment with headquarters
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Quality Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management within electronics manufacturing or similar industries
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-site quality teams
- An advantage if knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant standards
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and Six Sigma
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently between Hong Kong and Dongguan; and occasionally to overseas
