Licensing Manager-Southeast Asia

职位描述

Responsibilities:

Formulate strategic licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Work with domestic team to manage existing key licensees & development of new licensees
Develop strategies and business plans by retailer, brand and property
Work closely with SEA licensing teams to achieve sales targets
Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirement:

Great Enthusiasm in Japanese Anime
Familiar and experience of SEA markets
Bachelor’s degree, relevant business administration, commercial marketing, or similar consumer targeting experience
3-5 years’ experience in licensing and marketing or related field
Proactive, well-organized, and attentive to details
Strong negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills
Excellent command in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Willing to travel
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
