To support our expanding technology landscape, we are seeking an experienced IT Architect to design and oversee enterprise-level solutions that meet both our business and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise IT architecture covering infrastructure, cloud, security, and applications.
Align IT strategy with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
Provide technical leadership on system integration, middleware, databases, and API frameworks.
Develop and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
Collaborate with IT project teams, business analysts, and external vendors to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, RPA, microservices, containerization) and recommend adoption strategies.
Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and cybersecurity architecture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in an architect or senior solution design role.
Proven track record in financial services IT infrastructure or trading systems is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (HKMA, SFC guidelines) and IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
