Property Officer / Assistant Property Officer (Industrial & Carpark Leasing)

To cope with our business expansion, we are inviting competent candidates to join us:

Job Duties:

Implement marketing strategies and monitor property income and expenses of the assigned portfolio of industrial properties and carpark
Negotiate with potential and existing tenants for new lease and tenancy renewal issues
Oversee the management and operation of assigned property portfolios

Requirements:

Degree holder (property related academic qualifications would be an advantage)
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in industrial property or carpark leasing
Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing
Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Property Officer
