Responsibilities:
- Assist in vetting tender or contract documents;
- Assist in preparation of contractual, claims & dispute solving;
- Preparation of sub-contract document;
- Settlement of variation and final accounts;
- Assist in handing arbitration and litigation cases
- Five-day work week
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in E&M field;
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (HKIS) is an added advantage;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor)
