Lead and oversee audit engagements for a diverse client base in Hong Kong and China, with a specialized focus on listed entities and IPO advisory services.
Manage and execute IPO-related audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting clients through the listing process.
Drive engagement profitability through meticulous budgeting, rigorous progress tracking, and efficient billing practices.
Oversee tendering processes, including proposal development, financial analysis, and risk assessment to secure new business opportunities.
Provide expert technical guidance and leadership in mentoring professional staff, conducting structured performance evaluations, and driving operational excellence across engagements.
Support training team on preparing and tutoring training sessions
Handle ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder
Qualified member of recognised professional CPA organisation i.e. HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA
At least 5 years audit experience
Experience in auditing HK/ PRC listed companies; familiar with HK listing rules and HKFRSs will be an advantage
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
Business travel is required
