Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and oversee the execution of innovative marketing campaigns of a shopping mall in PRC.
- Review program effectiveness through data analytics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Keep abreast on the latest marketing trend and best practices to steer dynamic campaign development.
- Prepare management reports on marketing performance with business insights.
- Develop guidelines and templates to enhance efficiency, ensure report accuracy, and meet compliance standards.
- Communicate with the team to promptly resolve issues and optimize daily operational processes.
Requirements:
- University graduates in marketing, communications, multimedia or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably gained in shopping mall/ brand marketing in PRC
- With knowledge on digital analytic tools and data analytics
- Familiar with preparing management reports is highly preferred
- Pleasant, organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- A team player of excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Frequent travel to PRC is required
