Welcome Construction Company Limited has undertaken government projects from Drainage Services Department, Civil Engineering and Development Department, Water Supplies Department and Highways Department in the past years. We specialize in roads and drainage works including construction of river channels, box culverts and pumping stations, drain laying, CCTV works, pipe lining, slope stabilization, etc.
- Location: Stonecutters Island
- Overseeing all the environmental matters;
- Carry out inspections of the Site for identifying potential hazards to the environment, and to report findings with recommendations for corrective actions;
- Check and ensure that any polluting or potentially polluting situation is promptly rectified;
- Arrange and provide the environmental training including the site specific induction training and toolbox talks for the staff and workers on the Site, and to organize environmental promotional activities;
- Advise the Contractor on the implementation of an environmental management system.
Job Requirements :
- At least 5 years of construction site experience
- Completed the Environmental Officer Course run by the Construction Industry Council Training Academe (CICTA) or an equivalent certificate course on environmental studies or environmental engineering
