Sales Assistant (12 months contract)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate sales documentation such as presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and custom communications.
Assist in data entry and compilation related to sales orders, customer databases, and quota assignments.
Organize and track sales program implementation and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Document and streamline sales administration workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent educational qualification.
1-3 years of related experience in sales administration, coordination, or retail environments.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage calendars, meetings, and documentation.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
Basic understanding of sales processes and administrative support functions.
