Administer the single-sign-on service and ID management services to ensure security, performance, and health of the University's identity and access management infrastructure.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Active Directory Federated Services for application integration.
Conduct research on authentication technologies to enhance security and user experience for digital services.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for the identity and access management infrastructure.
Offer after-office-hour standby/emergency support as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or his delegates.
Job Requirements:
A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferably at least one year of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, RESTful API).
Experience in Windows and Linux server administration, and Kubernetes DevOps.
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management standards and technologies (OpenID Connect, LDAP, PKI, Active Directory, Entra ID).
Good interpersonal and systematic problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term, gratuity-bearing contract, with re-engagement subject to mutual agreement.
