- Provide daily operational support to business teams.
- Assist in coordinating with back-office departments on project execution and post-investment management.
- Support departmental policy/system development and IT system enhancements, including timely data maintenance.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, accounting or other related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, IT, business administration, or related fields.
- Familiarity with investment operations and basic business processes.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn; strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
