Quality & Risk Management Department
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the hospital Occupational Safety Management System
- Formulate Occupational Safety and Health and Environment (OSH&E) policies and procedures for the hospital
- Identify, assess and mitigate occupational safety related risks in the workplace
- Promote OSH, employees' health and wellness and reduce work injury compensation
- Formulate OSH training strategy, deliver training and evaluate training needs
- Enhance employees' safety awareness by driving a occupational safety culture
- Oversee and ensure the legal compliance of hospital on OSH&E related matters
- Liaise with external authorities as needed e.g. government departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Entry Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in healthcare industry
- Experience in implementation of Occupational Safety Management System
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- A postgraduate certificate or degree in OSH or Occupational Hygiene is preferable
- Registered Safety Officer or Certified Occupational Health Personnel is preferable
