Event Manager - Sports (5 Day; HK$32-HK$40K; Wan Chai)
Our client is a large scale sports event organiser in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Event Manager to join their growing team.
Job Duties:

- Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of all aspects of large-scale events, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site operations
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events
- Work closely with various public bodies, venue owners / managements for compliance of rules and regulations and timely coordination
- Initiate the overall event communication plan and manage the dissemination of core messages and exposure of branding elements in different sectors and channels
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the event management process
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations and analysis to continuously improve future events
Requirements:

- Degree holder in event management, marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on mega/sports events
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
