Business Development Manager (Up to $43k)

Responsibilities:

- - Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  - Serve as a strategic consultant, conducting thorough needs analyses to understand clients' current and future insurance requirements.
  - Research and evaluate the market to recommend optimal insurance products and policies that align with client objectives.
  - Advocate for clients by negotiating competitive policy terms and premiums with leading insurance providers.
  - Provide proactive account management through timely renewal follow-ups, premium collection, and ongoing advisory services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Insurance, Business, Marketing or other related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in business development/marketing in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and client relationship management skills.
Excellent written and spoken in Cantonese, English. Fluency in Japanese is preferred.
