- Deal Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of a diverse range of equity capital markets transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), equity placements, block trades, pre-IPO investments, and other complex fundraising exercises.
- Financial Analysis & Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including performing rigorous industry and market research, detailed comparable valuation analysis, and in-depth shareholding analysis to support transaction strategy and pricing.
- Presentation & Pitching: Actively contribute to client pitches and the creation of compelling presentation materials, helping to generate innovative ideas and secure new business for the team.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison, communicating effectively with syndicate partners, internal sales teams, corporate clients, and institutional investors to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Process Management: Meticulously manage internal approval procedures and ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake other strategic projects and duties as assigned, offering you broader exposure to the business.

- Academic Foundation: A strong academic background with a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of one year of direct experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) or a closely related field such as corporate finance or investment banking.
- Proven Track Record: A demonstrable track record in executing or supporting the aforementioned transactions, coupled with a keen awareness of current market trends and industry developments.
- Core Competencies: A proactive and collaborative team player with exceptional analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and communication skills. Your attention to detail is second to none.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential to liaise effectively with a diverse range of regional clients and stakeholders.
