Technical Solution Architect (ITSM, Up to 100K)

Responsibilities:

- Lead engineers in ITSM/ITOM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC).
- Manage and maintain monitoring/ITSM platforms daily and strategically.
- Communicate approaches/procedures to stakeholders.
- Define/implement KPIs for monitoring, event management, and ITSM efficiency.
- Report key metrics and drive continuous improvements.
- Support other ITSM processes as backup.

Requirements:

- 10+ years in systems management (ServiceNow, BMC).
- Expertise in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Ivanti) in complex environments.
- Degree in CS/IT; ITIL certification.
- Mission-critical systems, Agile/code experience.
- Linux/Windows (RedHat preferred), scripting preferred.
- Financial/regulated industry experience a plus.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, analytical, communication skills.
- Independent, team player, proficient in documentation.
