ICBC International Holdings Limited (“ICBC International”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICBC in Hong Kong. It is exposed to capital markets and provides financing clients with services in four product lines; corporate financing, investment business, sales & trading and asset management. ICBC International also offers market research services covering global macro economy, international financial markets, environmental protection, medical care and other hot industries.

Responsibilities:

          • · Expert in business requirements analysis. Write business users requirement specification (Chinese preferred);

            · 具备优秀的业务需求分析能力,可独立完成用户需求规格说明书的全流程编写(中文版本优先),擅长需求提炼与转化,能精准捕捉利益相关方的核心诉求

            · Optimize existing systems by identifying improvement points, drafting user requirements, and managing communication with users, vendors and development team.

            · 通过识别优化点、编写升级需求书,推动现有系统升级,主导与用户、供应商、开发团队沟通。

            · Develop and execute project plans, track milestones, and proactively manage scope changes/risks across project lifecycle.

            · 制定并执行项目计划,跟踪里程碑,主动管理项目范围变更及风险。

            · Communicate and coordinate on project activities between business users and various project teams and internal/external vendors;

            · 沟通和协调商业用户、各项目团队和內外部供应商之间的项目活动;

            · Review technical deliverables and conduct UAT/PIT testing to ensure compliance with business needs.

            · 审核技术交付物,执行用户验收测试(UAT)及投产测试(PIT)。

            · Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project lifecycles; Minimize projects exposure and risk;

            · 识别和解决在项目中的问题和潜在的危机,减少项目的风险;

            · Serve as second-level support for critical production incidents, performing root cause analysis and coordinating fixes.

            · 作为二线支持处理生产事故,主导根因分析与修复协调。

            · Manage system maintenance, security patches, and vulnerability remediation.

            · 负责系统安全补丁及漏洞修复。

            · Manage audit related work for the system

            • 负责协助完成系统审计工作

Requirements:

            • · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (IT experience preferred)

              · 大学毕业,计算机或信息系统相关专业毕业,有IT从业经验者为佳。

              · 3+ years Business Analysis and Project Management experience

              · 3年以上的业务分析和项目管理经验;

              · Solid experience in investment bank or securities firms;

              · 具备投资银行、券商工作经验;

              Technical Skills / Soft Skills Requirement 技术或软技能要求

              · Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in Putonghua;

              · 良好的人际交往能力和普通话沟通能力,优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力,能高效推动多方协作;

              · Identifying key issues and able to resolve problems;

              · 敏锐的问题发现与解决能力,能快速应对项目中的挑战;

              · Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently, with strong time management and prioritization skills.

              · 具备同时管理多个项目的能力,擅长时间管理及优先级分配

              · Knowledge in trading, middle office and back office operation systems is preferred;

              · 拥有前台交易系统、中后台结算系统运作及其相关系统知识为佳。

              · Knowledge in client relationship management system and corresponding systems is preferred.

              · 拥有客户关系管理系统及其相关系统知识为佳。
