Lead the end-to-end project management of building services systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing - MEP) from conception to handover for new builds, renovations, and improvement projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Act as the primary technical expert, providing guidance to the project team and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee and manage the performance of consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Drive the design and tender process, from preliminary concepts to final construction documents and procurement.
Conduct rigorous technical reviews of designs and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements.
Implement and monitor project controls for progress, quality, and budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Approximately 5 years of relevant project management experience in building development.
Proven track record with R&D offices, institutional, hospital, or laboratory projects is highly preferred.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong analytical, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
Professional membership (e.g., HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE) is a distinct advantage.
