What you'll be doing
- Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure network architectures
- Configuring and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Performing system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal network performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network related issues
- Providing technical support and guidance to end-users Documenting network confi gurations, processes, and procedures
- Staying up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices
- Participate in project rollout, system integration, data migration, and technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with customers, technology vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Support post-implementation tasks including system tuning, maintenance, and upgrade planning
- Create high-quality technical documentation and operational handover materials
What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices from leading vendors
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications in networking, and experience in cybersecurity and cloud technology are a plus
- Experience in Microsoft AD, Exchange and M365 and O365 is a MUST
