We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Investment Operations Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Employment contract ends on 31 May 2026
• Monitor and support daily trades processing in different systems
• Ensure smooth trade settlement, corporate actions election and maintain accurate books and records
• Handle client’s instruction on cash wiring and settlement
• Reconcile transactions and investigate discrepancies
• Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify system gaps and collaborate on enhancements and testing
• Streamline processed and strength operational controls

Requirements

• Around 3-4 years of relevant working experience
• Solid understanding on trade processing and operational workflows
• Strong attention to details and a commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective communication with different stakeholders for business outcomes
