We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Portfolio Financial Services Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Employment period – October 2025 to May 2026
• Provide fund operations support to asset management business, including procurement and administrative system maintenance
• Provide support to monitor and detect any exceptions to investment guidelines / regulatory mandates set out for investment services business to comply
• Prepare reports to monitor usage of broker / issuer limit for investment activities of investment service business
• Develop / update spreadsheets to cater for on-going changes of the tailor-made investment guidelines
• Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) of system development
• Adhere to operational procedures to ensure compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience and sound knowledge of asset management operations and investment products, preferably investment compliance monitoring
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong knowledge of spreadsheet application software an advantage
• Good knowledge of Bloomberg AIM or experience with investment compliance regulation coding is a big advantage
• Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
