Responsibilities
- Provide business analysis to assist team leader to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales KPIs
- Support in business projects and new business module implementation
- Data maintenance to ensure accurate information in the system
- Facilitate in all levels of support for partners to capture business opportunities
- Work closely with distribution partners to expand the client base
- Coordinate with other teams or departments for daily operations
- Complete ad-hoc matters/ projects assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines，Finance/economics majors are preferred
- Qualification of IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is a must
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in life insurance (Candidates with less experience may be considered as junior position)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong analysis skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, advanced skill in excel is an advantage
