Key responsibilities:
- Perform all-round administrative tasks including but not limited to office supply and inventory management, meetings and travel arrangements, event logistics, vender and service providers management, expense claims arrangement;
- Support receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, respond to inquiries, managing the front desk and ensuring the reception area is clean and organised
- Provide occasional driving support when required
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Possess relevant administative or office support experience
- Valid Hong Kong driving licence
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong MS Office proficiency (Word & Excel), organization skills and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with visitors and colleagues in a professional manner
- Proven reliability and flexibility in fast paced settings
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
