Job Description

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with teams to understand branch goals and objectives, and develop performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to assess the impact of various initiatives and programmes.
- Build and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold data integrity. Provide operational support across a range of initiatives, including digital transformation projects and customer services programme.
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis and perform other related duties as assigned.
You’ll be a good fit if you have/are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- 2+ years in analytical modeling, project coordination, or related areas, with demonstrated ability and potential.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with business units to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through visual platforms.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Excel and SQL or other query languages.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is required; familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
