Elate Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong listed company. We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic VICE PRESIEDNT – PROJECT DEVELOPMENT (HEALTHCARE & FINANCING) to lead the design and implementation of a new project. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept and feasibility analysis to financing, planning, execution, and successful launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare project management, a deep understanding of physiotherapy landscape, and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Conceptualization & Strategy: Identify, research, and develop new project opportunities in healthcare services, physiotherapy clinics, digital health solutions, or related areas.
Feasibility Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, financial modeling, and risk assessments to evaluate the viability of the new project.
Financing: Develop and execute a comprehensive financing strategy. Actively identify and secure financing sources. Having connections with venture capital, private equity or angel investors is a definite advantage.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, physiotherapists, potential partners, investors, and internal teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (including clinical, technical, marketing, and operational staff) to achieve project milestones.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the project is in compliance with the relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards in Mainland China.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance, analyze outcomes, and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor degree in Healthcare Management, or related field. Medical degree holder is an advantage
● Minimum of 5 years proven experience in project development, management, or a similar role in healthcare industry
● A proven track record of successful fundraising and securing investment for healthcare projects is essential
● Demonstrable experience with projects related to rehabilitation, clinical services, or digital health is highly preferred
● Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and the healthcare market in Mainland China is a must
● With experience in budgeting and business case development
