• Serves as the primary point of contact for project management and mid-sales customer service across multiple projects, responsible for regular communication, progress updates, process coordination, and project delivery and commissioning.
• Verifies that proposals and quotations align with customer requirements.
• Manages end-to-end project implementation and control for the entire project lifecycle, organizing and coordinating collaboration between various branches, local networks, overseas suppliers, and commissioning engineers to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
• Compiles and analyzes project implementation statistics, coordinates major issues, and provides early warnings for significant risks.
• Manages the entire order cycle, ensures smooth system workflow, and guarantees fulfillment of internal evaluations and customer satisfaction metrics.

Job requirement：

• Major in Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, or operations-related fields.
• Preference given to candidates holding cloud certifications/ICT-related certificates/CCNA/ITIL/PMP/PRINCE2.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
• Possesses diverse product capabilities; preference given to those with experience in cloud-related services.
• Experience in multi-project management and independently responsible for project management tasks.
• Excellent analytical, inductive, and summarization skills; strong communication and coordination abilities; outstanding presentation and documentation writing skills.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English communication.
• Meticulous, responsible, thorough, and able to work under pressure.
