WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Lead and inspire a talented team across multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects—from concept through completion.
- Drive design excellence while balancing aesthetic vision with strategic project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to bring ideas to life with flawless execution.
- Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and innovation within the design team.
- Oversee procurement and ensure design integrity across furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
- Keep ahead of design trends, materials, and technology to continually elevate our work.
- Occasional travel across project sites as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 10+ years of proven experience in premium residential and/or hospitality design.
- Exceptional design acumen with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Written proficiency in English and/or Chinese; fluency in Mandarin and/or English is an asset.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to energize and guide a team.
