Duties:
- Performs recruitment functions, payroll & MPF calculations, tax returns, and other C&B activities.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, leaves, and tax information.
- Compiles accurate data for the preparation of month-end reports.
- Prepare payroll reports and collaborate with operations for accurate payment.
- Provide professional HR advisory and solutions across the whole range of HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations.
- Handle ad-hoc duties by the Management.
Requirements:
- Holder of Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related disciplines.
- Proven track record in full HR operation.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and related legislation.
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong Labour market and industry trends.
- Ability to adapt and handle ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.
