Assistant Customer Marketing Manager (2-year Contract)

Reporting to Senior Customer Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Implement POP vision according to the company, category, channel and brand strategies in order to deliver the agreed turnovers and profitability of responsible brands
• Initiate and execute trade promotion activities including premium sourcing, POSM design and production etc.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities
• Manage and monitor the budget and stock for promotional activities

The successful candidate will be:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Able to deal with massive data and sensitive to numbers
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Customer Marketing Executive
