• We are seeking a visionary Interior Design Director to lead both interior design and FF&E direction, leaving your mark on Asia’s luxury landscape.

ROLE SUMMARY :

• The Design Director leads the creative vision and execution of both interior design and FF&E across luxury hospitality and residential projects.
• This dual role ensures that architectural concepts and curated furniture, fixtures, and equipment are seamlessly integrated to deliver cohesive, innovative, and timeless spaces.
• The Director oversees design teams, manages client and stakeholder collaboration, and drives excellence in sourcing, procurement, and installation, shaping iconic projects that embody sophistication and style.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and inspire a talented team across multiple high‑end residential and hospitality projects—from concept through completion.
• Drive design excellence by balancing overall interior design vision with FF&E strategy and execution.
• Curate and specify furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork, and decorative accessories, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and spatial design.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to bring ideas to life with flawless execution.
• Oversee sourcing, vendor management, and procurement to ensure quality, budget alignment, and timely delivery.
• Guide mock‑ups, sample reviews, and final installation to safeguard design integrity.
• Keep ahead of global design and FF&E trends, materials, and technologies to continually elevate our work.
• Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and innovation within the design team.
• Occasional travel across project sites and supplier showrooms as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in premium residential and/or hospitality design, with strong expertise in FF&E leadership.
• Strong knowledge of international suppliers, materials, finishes, and procurement processes.
• Exceptional design acumen with a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Written proficiency in English and/or Chinese; fluency in Mandarin and/or English is an asset.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to energize and guide a team.
