Responsibilities

  • VIP Suites & Hospitality Support:

    • Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to support the development of VIP suite packages.
    • Assist in the preparation of pricing strategies and proposals for event-day and multi-year suite leases.
    • Act as a key point of contact for suite clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Partnership & Naming Rights Support:

    • Support the creation of commercial offerings for naming rights and other partnership opportunities.
    • Assist in researching and identifying potential corporate partners.
    • Help coordinate the bidding process and maintain documentation in close collaboration with legal and marketing teams.
  • Advertising & Inventory Management:

    • Manage the day-to-day implementation of AWE's advertising strategies.
    • Oversee the inventory of sellable advertising spaces and coordinate the order placement process.
    • Work closely with the event management teams to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with a portfolio of clients, sponsors, and partners (e.g., hotels, transportation, attractions).
    • Serve as a contact point for partnership activities, ensuring clear communication and high client satisfaction.
    • Support the Assistant Director in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant sales, marketing, or partnership management experience. Experience in the MICE, live entertainment, or sports industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to support premium sales or sponsorship deals, with a strong desire to develop in this area.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering VIP service excellence.
  • A self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to contribute to departmental KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can develop and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
