Responsibilities:
Handle customer and branch requests and enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
Perform data input and handling process related to card issuing and customer services request, including but not limited to new application input, credit check, Autopay instructions, payment, gift redemption, waiver of fee and charges...etc, and ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor and make recommendations on cardholder service workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Prepare daily and periodical reports to management
Assist to prepare user requirement in efficiency-enhancing projects and participate in User Acceptance Tests
Requirements:
Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or in related disciplines
At least 1 year working experience in banking or credit card industry preferred
Basic knowledge in credit card products; card associations' rules and regulations; industry practice and related regulatory requirements
Basic accounting / book-keeping knowledge preferred
Team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
