An Insurance Company is now looking for the candidate to join their team.
Job duties
- Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ current and future insurance requirements
- Research, analyze and recommend suitable insurance policies and products to meet client needs
- Negotiable favorable policy terms and premiums with insurance providers on behalf of clients
- Manage end-to-end process of arranging new cover, renewals, amendments and claims
- Proactively follow up on policy renewals, premium collections and provide ongoing advice and support
- Prepare and maintain all client documentation and records with a high degree of accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- 3-5 years related working experience in the insurance or financial service industry
- Native/Fluent Japanese speaker
- Good command of English / Cantonese/Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, proactive and cheerful
- High level of integrity, reliability and attention to details
