  • The Hong Kong office functions as the Asia Regional Office, responsible for supply chain management for global customers and serving as the sales hub for the Asia market. It manages goods produced by vendor factories in Asia and coordinates shipments to Europe, the Middle East, and ASEAN markets.

Role Summary

  • Your will oversee and coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics operations from the Hong Kong hub.
  • This role combines planning, coordination, and communication — ensuring smooth execution of orders from production to customer delivery across multiple markets.
  • Acting as a central link between factories, freight partners, sales teams in Dubai and Europe, and global customers, you will ensure operational control, timely deliveries, and strong client satisfaction.
  • Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Senior Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and manage the complete shipment process from order confirmation to final delivery.
  • Liaise with manufacturing partners in China & APAC to ensure production readiness and on‑time dispatch.
  • Coordinate bookings, documentation, and customs clearance under Ex‑Works, CIF, and DDP terms.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners to maintain cost efficiency and delivery reliability.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for sales teams in Dubai and Europe regarding order status, lead times, and shipment tracking.
  • Communicate directly with customers to provide timely updates on production schedules, order readiness, and delivery progress.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of the ERP/CRM system (Odoo or equivalent).
  • Coordinate the company’s three‑tier quality control system — internal QC, factory QC, and third‑party inspections.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports, including shipment dashboards, supplier KPIs, and freight cost tracking.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Senior Operation Manager and Group Managing Director.

Ideal Candidates

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain planning, or export operations.
  • Hands‑on experience managing container shipments and multi‑country supplier networks in Asia.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs documentation, and international trade regulations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience working with clients and teams across time zones is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
