• We are seeking an FF&E Interior Design Director to lead the creative vision and execution of furniture, fixtures, and equipment within our iconic interior design projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the FF&E design direction across luxury hospitality and residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall interior design concepts.
• Curate and specify furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork, and decorative accessories that elevate each project’s aesthetic and functional goals.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to integrate FF&E seamlessly into spatial design.
• Oversee sourcing, vendor management, and procurement, ensuring quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery.
• Guide mock‑ups, sample reviews, and final installation to safeguard design integrity.
• Stay ahead of global FF&E trends, materials, and technologies to continually inspire innovation.
• Mentor and develop the FF&E design team, fostering creativity and excellence.
• Travel occasionally to project sites and supplier showrooms as required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in FF&E design leadership for premium residential and/or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of international suppliers, materials, finishes, and procurement processes.
• Exceptional design acumen with a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Written proficiency in English and/or Chinese; fluency in Mandarin and/or English is an asset.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to energize and guide a team.
