Role Overview

• We are looking for a seasoned managerial staff with strong leadership and customer engagement skills to drive program success and support business growth in a dynamic EMS environment.
• Report to Head of Business Division

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program managers
• Oversee major program deliverables including quality, cost, and delivery
• Manage product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production by coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business goals

Ideal Candidates

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a sizable EMS company
• Proven expertise in customer negotiation, RFQ and quotation processes, contract review, risk management, cost recovery, and NPI management
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
