HR Assistant Manager - Banking Sector

Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 Per Month

We are seeking a dynamic HR Assistant Manager to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will have a background in government or financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnership & Recruitment (50%)

• Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making job offers.

HR Operations (50%)

• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR within the banking/ FI sector or sizable organizations.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, particularly in recruitment and onboarding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
