Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of community engagement initiatives. He/ She will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and district partners. He/ She will be also working closely with secretariats of associations to manage projects. The key duties also include collecting and analysing information for reports and presentations, managing database systems for analysis and reporting, supporting programmes and daily operation of the Department, promoting initiatives that align with the Group’s Sustainability Vision and integrating into community programmes.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managing community related programmes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently with proactive attitude
  • Capable of multitasking and able to deliver quality results under pressure
  • Good team player and leader
  • Willing to work outside of office in different districts
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
