Description

An international fashion and lifestyle group is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and execute e-commerce strategies for multiple premium brands across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. This is a leadership role managing a team of four, reporting directly to the General Manager of Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital commerce, omnichannel strategies, and customer experience optimisation, with a passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience across HK, Macau, and Taiwan markets.
    • Manage multiple brand platforms, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market needs.
    • Oversee site merchandising, product launches, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Performance &Analytics
    • Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, and ROI; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Utilize analytics tools to optimise user experience and improve site performance.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of four e-commerce professionals based in Hong Kong.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on innovation and results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations and campaign execution.
    • Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment on brand strategy and digital initiatives.
  • Customer Experience &CRM
    • Enhance online customer journey through personalisation, loyalty programs, and omnichannel integration.
    • Ensure best-in-class UX/UI and mobile optimisation.
  • Budget & Vendor Management
    • Manage e-commerce budgets and oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • passion for e-commerce, Fashion and retail industry
  • Proven expertise in managing e-commerce platforms within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-brand e-commerce platforms and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin
