Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Establish campaign tracking mechanism to monitor the campaign performance on a timely basis.
• Take a hands-on approach to managing the daily operations of major social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, YouTube). Oversee content creation, ad planning, performance monitoring, and detailed reporting.
• Support the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels, including but not limited to online ads, social ads, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, content marketing and influencer marketing.
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage campaign progress and recommend modifications and optimizations.
• Analyze digital data from a variety of touchpoints and establish the growth models from concept to completion to measure success metric and drive actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest media trends, think out of the box and share potential opportunities

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 8 years of marketing experience with digital, social, growth & performance marketing experiences. Experience in banking or finance industry or agency is preferred
• Experience in content and campaign management, and marketing for China market is preferred
• All-rounded marketer with good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills. Self-motivated and pro-active, with passion and creative thinking, team player, attention to details, and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in GA4, Meta Business Suites, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of admanGO, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio and Tableau is a plus
