Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock codes: A shares 601328, H shares 03328) is one of the oldest banks in China as well as one of the note-issuing banks in modern China. • Manage personnel, coordinate workflows, and provide technical guidance to the infrastructure team.
• Oversee infrastructure related projects, including budgeting, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Develop and execute strategic IT infrastructure plans to align with and support business objectives.
• Supervise the design, installation, and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure their stable operation.
• Implement and enforce security policies, monitor systems for vulnerabilities risks, and ensure the uptime, performance, and security of all IT assets.
• Resolve technical issues, implement system upgrades and ensure all infrastructure components adhere to established IT standards and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
• Experience with IT security measures and best practices is the advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
